Hiring Graphic Designer & Animator

We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Animator at Virtunus. As a Graphic Designer Cum Animator, you have to be a creative and imaginative individual also passionate about Animation. You obviously have to be trendy with the modern design patterns also know how to give those designs an eye catchy life by animating them marvelously.

What you will do:

Create highly engaging Static Illustration, Typography, Animation and Video Contents in terms of short story, explainer videos, portfolio, product & service demonstration, info-graphic, tutorial etc.
Visualize concepts and convert concepts into engaging Animation.
Develop templates, storyboard, visual elements, characters etc.
Create highly engaging compositions for both static & motion contents.
Complete and deliver each production on schedule with excellent execution.
Receive creative feedback from respective departments & execute accordingly.
Create 3D illustrations and motion designs.

You must have:

Deep understanding of Animation and Modern Design Patterns.
Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
High Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures.
Highly organized, detail and results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, personable and influential communicator and presenter.
Must be adept at thinking strategically and creatively.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge about relevant design software (e.g. Adobe After Effects/Premier Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
Will power to be better, more creative and become more passionate than the previous day

Experience:

1+ year of experience in related fields/activities
Experience of creating highly engaging Static, Illustration, Typography, Animation and Video Contents.
Your experience does not need to be institutional, your experience has to be professional. You can either be a tremendous freelancer or self learner who has knowledge and experience can apply here.

Educational Requirements:

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, skilled, passionate, do know how to work with shape, color, text, animation etc. and obviously creative.

Salary:

Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
Salary Review: Yearly

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Weekly Holidays: Friday and Saturday
