We are looking for an Influencer Relationship Manager at Virtunus with 2+ years of experience in related fields/activities. As an Influencer Relationship Manager you have to be highly motivated individual with a passion and knowledge of the influencer landscape

What you will do:

Developed and maintained relationships with Influencers to build a professional network.
Proactively reach out to key influencers for placement and coverage.
Set, plan and implement influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Manage content creation, giveaways and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that influencer activities align with and complement overall campaign plans.
Manage the execution of a high volume of influencer activations throughout the year.
Organize and manage events with Influencer to boost brand awareness.
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews of the campaigns.
Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up to date brand partnerships.
Regularly monitor and track traditional and influencer social media coverage on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Stories and Snapchat, and compile necessary reports to be shared with internal teams and senior management on a weekly basis.
Regular competitive research of influencer activations, traditional media outreach, coverage
Track all paid influencer partnership activity with understanding of best performers based on KPIs, ROI to make recommendations for future activity and partnerships.
Manage global influencer budget.

You must have:

Deep understanding of the earned and paid influencer landscape.
Established track record of forming successful influencer partnerships that contributed to brand growth.
Experienced using influencer marketing to amplify brand efforts as part of marketing campaigns.
Local and international event management experience.
Experience planning and leading campaign initiatives
Highly organized, detail and results-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, personable and influential communicator and presenter.
Must be adept at thinking strategically and creatively.
Ability to identify and track relevant Influencer Relationship KPIs
Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver

Experience:

2+ years of experience in related fields/activities
Experience of creating connections to influencers and build a reliable media network

Educational Requirements:

It doesn’t matter where you went to college or what your CGPA was as long as you are smart, skilled, passionate, do know how to interact with people and finally ready to work hard.
